We are a member-supported, nonprofit recreational club, one that brings together a community of friends that share a passion for cross-country (aka nordic) skiing.

The club has organized over 200 group events in its first 4 seasons.

Our events primarily consist of ski tours on winter trails and in the backcountry, outings at (groomed trail) nordic centers, and participation in competitive events. We also organize clinics related to cross-country skiing, social events, and hut trips. Club ski events are geared to multiple skill and fitness levels.

The place to find out more and get involved is on our member platform:

https://members.coloradofrontrangecrosscountryskiclub.org/

Signing up is easy: you just need to provide a first name you use in the real world, a solo profile picture of yourself, and a valid email address.

Along with being able to sign up for ski tours, and find others to join you on ski tours, our member platform is a place where you can access a wide range of resources, information, and entertainment related to nordic skiing, including forums, videos, tutorials, photos, and more.

You can also become a dues-paying member of the club: it is a reasonable annual fee, as with many other nonprofit outdoor organizations. Not only does this support our activities, but you get the following as well:

  • Images of local ski trail conditions, from our “trailcam” network

  • A repository of digital, navigable nordic route maps close to the Front Range

  • A weekly-ish newsletter, covering nordic ski conditions, happenings, and other information

  • Member-specific events (e.g. clinics, hut trips, socials, etc)

And as always, we’ll see you on a ski!
